They are\nsituated outside the Sidra Medical and Research Center in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Doha\">Doha<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qatar\">Qatar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work was originally unveiled in\n2013, but was covered up until November 2018.&nbsp;At\nits 2013 unveiling each sculpture was covered with a balloon that slowly opened\nto reveal each piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sculptures vary from 5 to 11 meters in height and collectively weigh 216 tonnes. We find very inspiring this artwork. A. ode to the life. <br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alignnormal\">[metaslider id=151 cssclass=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Verity<\/em><\/strong> is a stainless steel and bronze statue created by Damien Hirst. The 20.25-metre tall sculpture stands on the pier at the entrance to the harbour in Ilfracombe, Devon, looking out over the Bristol Channel towards South Wales. It has been loaned to the town for 20 years. The name of the piece refers to &#8220;truth&#8221;and Hirst describes his work as a &#8220;modern allegory of truth and justice&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Verity<\/em><\/strong> is a stainless steel and bronze statue created by Damien Hirst.
